Introduction:
At the Rheinfelden Karate League, we are committed to fostering the learning and motivation of children in their Shotokan Karate Do practice. Our Kata and Kumite competitions provide young karatekas with the opportunity to showcase their progress while allowing parents to observe their children's growth in this martial art. The following outlines the rules and criteria for all categories.
Note: The most important aspect of this activity is to motivate all our Karate Family. Therefore, we will, if necessary, allow older or younger children to participate in another category to ensure fairness for all participants. The reason for this is that this is not a high-performance competition, and we recognize that not all children have the same learning and cognitive development abilities.
